Registration fees include:

The certificate of attendance will be sent by e-mail on 20 December 2019. Please check your e-mail at registration on-site.
Daily Registration gives access to the sessions and to the luncheon panel of the day (specify the day of participation in the registration online form). Final programme will be available in pdf format.
To participate to the JHTA 2019, participants are kindly requested to register in advance.

CANCELLATION AND NAME CHANGES
Name changes will be charged of an handling fee of Euro 30,00 per name change.
Cancellation must be notified to the Congress Secretariat by regular mail or fax according to the following conditions:
- Before October 21, 2019: refund of 50% of the registration.
- After October 21, 2019: no refund.
In the unlikely case that the Congress cannot be held in whole or in part due to any event beyond the Organisers’ control or force majeure such as riot, fire, explosion, accident, flood, earthquake, sabotage, strikes, acts of any government, etc, the Congress Organisers cannot be held liable for any damages, costs, or losses incurred, such as registration fee, transportation and accommodation costs, or any other direct or indirect losses or consequential damages.
